Clifford Hampton
Cliff Hampton is co-owner of The Hook-Up along with Captain Eric Stewart and he is the man behind the scenes. You will not find him working in the shop but you will find him on the decks of the “Tammy Rose” or “Tuna Fever” doing what he loves to do, catch bluefin tuna. Cliff and Eric have been fishing together for over twenty three years. They first met on the decks of the original “Tammy Rose” in Rock Harbor. Their friendship and bond grew throughout the years as they fished for sharks and tuna. In 1999, as they trolled for bluefin tuna east of Chatham, they went 2 for 6 on school bluefin tuna, and the story was set. In the next year they built the “Hampton Caught II”(a 33’ Nauset) and caught thirty plus bluefin on the troll. That September they caught a 614 pound bluefin at the BB buoy and their lives were changed forever. They started “The Hook-Up!” company in January 2001. Cliff is a very accomplished angler and has landed numerous giants including three 600 plus pound bluefin on 80lb class tackle and landed another 300 plus school size fish in his career. His biggest (pictured here) was caught in Cape Cod Bay on the “Tammy Rose” and was 760 lbs. He has fished extensively off the coast of Mozambique, Africa, where he was involved in building a lodge and fishes every chance he can. Whether fishing for trout with a fly rod back in England or pursuing bluefin tuna in the Atlantic, Cliff loves to fish. He is also a very passionate golfer. Cliff lives in Great Britain with his wife Jean and they summer here in South Orleans. He is a very devoted husband, father and Grandfather. Cliff is extremely well respected in the world of finance and he is the Chairman of Fenchurch Advisory Partners.

Ian Wall
Welcome Ian Wall to Team Hook-Up! This young man cut his teeth on Lake Chaplain, in his home state of Vermont. He had a serious bass boat that he sold to finance his move to Cape Cod so that he could pursue his salt water dream of becoming a mate on a big game fishing boat and someday becoming a captain. He has joined Team Hook-Up and will be a mate on the Tammy Rose this summer so he has jumped right into the fire! Welcome aboard Ian.
