Store Policies

The Hook-Up! takes great pride in offering quality products and services to our customers.  If you are not satisfied with a product return the product within two weeks of our shipping date, in its original packaging, and a credit or refund will be given for the value of the product.  Products that are open may not be used.  Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.  Please call for an authorization code prior to returning the product. The Hook-Up! will make every effort to protect the privacy of our customers.  We will not sell or share our customer information.

Back Orders

The Hook-Up! will make every effort to fill your order but if we cannot provide all of the products you have ordered WE WILL NOT BACK ORDER THOSE ITEMS WE DO NOT HAVE.  We will send the items we have in stock or can obtain in a timely manner.  Be aware that we maintain a substantial inventory at our "Brick & Mortar" store in Orleans, MA
